Make an Appointment
We strive to provide your child with the medical care they need when they need it, as comfortably and conveniently as possible. All our health care providers are trained and certified in evaluating and treating all aspects of pediatric health care. To make an appointment, call our office during normal business hours at (518) 584-0355. You can also request appointments using our patient portal, mycareDOT™, powered by FollowMyHealth®.
You select your children’s primary care physician. Their primary care physician provides them with regularly scheduled medical care and will also provide care for illnesses or injuries that arise between scheduled visits.
If your child is ill and their primary care physician is unavailable, another Pediatric provider in our practice will evaluate and treat them. If the problem requires further care, you will be given an appointment to follow up with your child’s primary care physician. Their complete medical record is available to each provider within Community Care Physicians, so all are informed with the information they need to care for your child.
Cancel an Appointment
If you must cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at least one day before the appointment. We are happy to reschedule your appointment. Our automated reminder system contacts patients several times before their scheduled appointments via text or phone call.
