Saratoga Pediatrics is working closely with the local Health Department to understand the COVID-19 impact. We have redesigned our office workflow to ensure the best care for our patients, staff, and providers. These procedures may increase phone and office wait times; we apologize for any delay.

As of March 9, 2020, our recommendations are as follows:

WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING WALK-IN PATIENTS AT THIS TIME. ALL PATIENTS NEED TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO BE SEEN.

NON-URGENT sick visits should NOT be seen in the office. If your child has mild respiratory symptoms (runny nose, cough, congestion) and is drinking and acting well, it is advised that you keep your child home.

– Your child should still be seen in the office if he/she has a fever longer than 3 days, breathing difficulty, is not tolerating fluids or you are worried about an ear or lung infection.

PRIOR TO SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT, please notify us if your child has come in contact with anybody that has been diagnosed or suspected COVID-19 OR if your child has fever, cold symptoms AND has visited China, Italy, Iran, Japan or South Korea in the last 14 days.

If asked by our staff members to wear a mask – Please do so the entire time in the office.
